The Master of Arts in Nursing Program is a 36-unit course that aims to take on the challenges of the rapidly changing landscape in health-care delivery and the Nursing profession through quality, convenient and affordable higher education.
The program is envisioned to help transform nurses to take on responsible, ethical and confident leadership and management roles in achieving organizational goals amidst changes and challenges in the global arena.
Students can choose from two major tracks: Clinical Management and Academic Management. The Clinical Management track is for nurses who plan to progress their careers as Nursing Service Administrators in various health-care facilities. The Academic Management track, on the other hand, is for nurses who are geared towards advancement in education, training and health-care promotion.
