Davao Doctors College enrollment team will be at Abreeza on 10 July 2024.
For incoming freshmen college students, please bring the following:
a. Original copy of Grade 12 Report Card
b. Original copy of Good Moral Certificate
c. Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
d. 3 copies of recently taken 2×2 ID Picture, in decent attire, white background
e. Photocopy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
f. Photocopy of Student’s Parent/Guardian valid ID
g. Long brown expandable envelope
h. Down payment fee of Php1000 (one day promo rate)
For incoming G11 students, please bring the following:
a. Original copy of Grade 10 Report Card
b. Original copy of Good Moral Certificate
c. Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
d. 3 copies of recently taken 2×2 ID Picture, in decent attire, white background
e. Photocopy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
f. Photocopy of Student’s Parent/Guardian valid ID
g. Long yellow expandable envelope
h. Down payment fee of Php1000 (one day promo rate)
